Contract Filling and Packaging
A bill of material is issued and packaging components are reserved outside the filling area to ensure all the components are correct and available in correct amounts.
Upon the machine set up completion, the Quality Assurance performs a check against a check list to ensure all criteria are met prior to a filling run. A cosmetic filling process can not be performed unless a Quality Assurance Line Check has been satisfied.
During the cosmetic filling process, samples are taken and evaluated to ensure product meets proper criteria such as fill weight, cap torque and overall product quality including, color, odor, and appearance.
All cosmetic filling processes are performed under the Australian Certified Organic (ACO) guidelines. |
