Pharma Cosmetics receives raw materials and packaging components from both customers and vendors/suppliers.

The materials are unloaded at our receiving dock, which are then entered into our fully integrated state-of-the-art computer system, which initiates a receiving report, detailing date of receipt, customer name, item code, item name, total units received, purchase order number and location of keep.

All incoming raw material is sampled and checked by our Quality Control department to ensure each ingredient matches the Certificate of Analysis and components meet specifications before they are transferred to our Approved Area.

The finished goods is packed into shippers, stacked onto pallets, counted, and wrapped with clear plastic to secure the containers to the pallet, as well as prevent possible loss.

Pallets are then transferred to the Quarantine Area in our warehouse, awaiting final Quality Assurance check/release prior to shipment.
